Aleesha young has established herself in the professional bodybuilding world as one of the top females. Aleesha Young was born in 1984 into the family of sports. Although her dad was an athlete the other siblings of Aleesha were also involved in sports such as hockey on ice. Aleesha was a softball player, soccer as well as basketball until she began bodybuilding when she was 15. Aleesha obtained her professional license when she won her first NPC USA Championships in 2014. Her first year of competition she did so in the year the year 2008. In addition, she competed in the IFBB Wings of Strength PBW Tampa Pro and finished 9th. She held on to a 9th-place finish in 2015. In the years 2015 and 2016, Aleesha was ranked 6th at the IFBB Wings Of Strength Rising Phoenix World Championships. Aleesha began to improve and was able to win her first professional competition after she took home the Chicago Pro Championships. Bodybuilder Aleesha had the best performance at the WOS Rising Phoenix event, in which she placed 4th in 2020. However, "Worlds strongest mom", took a short time off from bodybuilding due to health issues.
